Join a Class

ZOO MIND & BODY

  • A form of exercise that emphasizes balanced development through core strength, flexibility, and awareness to support efficient, easy movement through Meditation, core, body, and flow of movements.

ZOO STRENGTH

  • This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises. Core work and stretching are components of this class as well. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe.

CORE & MORE

  • The class is designed to strengthen the core and surrounding muscle groups to work together, as well as incorporate light weights and resistant tubing to improve your balance and posture.

BARRE

  • Barre is a fusion of the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do. It delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic but that will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape. With Barre class:

      • You'll see improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength, and balance.

      • You'll obtain a body awareness that you may not have had before.

      • You'll transform your body and feel more confident in your fitness.

      • You'll establish friendships and new connections among your fellow participants.

No dance experience is needed in order to take a Barre class, because Barre instructors teach you with the intent of progression with safer approach. When you take a Barre class, you'll always feel challenged, yet consciously aware of what is right for your body. Barre classes teach you to find the strength of a dancer within you and to transform your body.
